Cancellation Policy

Silver Creek Clogging has a 30-day cancellation policy.

Silver Creek Clogging’s weekly dance program runs on an on-going, year-round basis.  Once enrolled in our weekly dance program, student participation continues on an on-going basis.

If, at any time and for any reason, it is necessary to discontinue/cancel attendance for our weekly dance program, workshops, special sessions, private lessons, or any other offering, a written 30-day advanced notice of cancellation is required.

Any monthly installment payments and member benefits for our year-round dance program will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period.

Upon expiration of the 30-day notice period, monthly installment payments and studio membership benefits/inclusions will be discontinued.

Eligible students may re-enroll at the next open enrollment period.

Tuition is not refundable.

Attendance Policy

Student development and progression require regular class attendance.  Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled.

If a student misses a class, it is their responsibility to learn any material taught during the absence.

Regular class time is not used to reteach material for students who have missed class.

After each class assignments, videos, and materials will be posted to students via our student portal.

When students miss a class, they should review posted assignments, get together with classmates outside of classes, and/or schedule a private lesson with their instructor to learn and/or review material you may have missed.

If Silver Creek Clogging cancels a class period, every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class.

If a make-up class cannot be scheduled, practice material/assignments will be posted via our student portal.

No credits or refunds will be given for missed or cancelled classes.

  • You are always positive and encouraging! Great qualities for a teacher. You work them hard and have expectation that they try their hardest and are focused in class. We also love that you pick fun music that the kids like too.

Observation During Classes

We value student growth, happiness, and progression and have found students to be most productive, happy, and focused when parents/visitors do not remain in studio during classes.

Therefore, parents/visitors will not remain in studio during the class period.

We encourage parents/visitors to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the end of the class period, during which time they can observe their student in action.

Parents who remain in studio outside of the last 10-15 minutes of the class period and/or interact with students during any portion of the class period, without the express invitation of the instructor, will be excused from observation and their student may be dismissed from classes.

For any special circumstances or requests, please talk with your student’s instructor in advance.
