Silver Creek Clogging Studio Policies

Tuition and Payment

Silver Creek Clogging operates on a on-going year-round basis.

Tuition for our on-going dance program includes applicable inclusions/member benefits click here for details.

Tuition for our on-going dance program is based on the date you enter classes for the year and is charged in equal monthly payments, with the first payment charged at registration and remaining payments charged on the first of each month following the first class.

Monthly tuition payments are accepted only through recurring automatic credit card or ACH through our members only portal.

Payments of tuition for any other class that is not part of our year-round weekly program, special sessions or other offering, including shoes and supplies, at Silver Creek Clogging are due in full in advance via our members only portal.

There will be a $25 charge for payments returned, rejected, or cancelled for any reason.

A $10 late fee will be assessed for recurring monthly tuition payments made after midnight on the 10th of the month.

Students will be excused from classes for non-payment.

Cancellation Policy

Silver Creek Clogging has a 30-day cancellation policy.

If, at any time , it is necessary for a student to discontinue/cancel attendance for Silver Creek Classes, workshops, special sessions, or any offering, a 30-day written notice of cancellation is required.  Upon expiration of the 30-day notice period, any future monthly payments and studio membership benefits/inclusions will be discontinued and students may re-enroll at the next open enrollment period.

Tuition is not refundable.

Attendance Policy

Student development and progression requires regular class attendance. Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled.

No credit or refunds will be given if a student misses classes.

We do not use regular class time to reteach material in detail for students who have missed a class period and we do not offer make-up lessons

If a student misses class, it is his or her responsibility to learn any material taught during the absence.

We post class assignments and materials for students on our student portal, so that students who miss a class period can review missed assignments between class periods.  Students may also find it helpful to get together with each other outside of classes and/or schedule a private lesson with the instructor to learn any missed material.

If Silver Creek Clogging cancels a class period, every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class. If a make-up class cannot be scheduled, tuition is not refundable, and practice material/assignments will be posted for students via our student portal.

Observation During Classes

We value student growth, happiness, and progression, at Silver Creek Clogging, and have found students to be more productive, more happy, and less distracted when parents/visitors do not remain in studio during classes.

Therefore, parents/visitors will not remain in studio during the class period.

We encourage parents/visitors to arrive 10 minutes prior to the end of the class period, during which time they can observe their student in action.

Parents who remain in studio outside of the last 10 minutes of the class period and/or interact with students during any portion of the class period, without the express invitation of the instructor, will be excused from observation and students may be dismissed from class.
