Silver Creek Clogging Studio & Payment Policies
Silver Creek Clogging operates on 12-month, year ‘round basis and we provide three open enrollment periods per year.
Tuition includes all dance classes and any applicable inclusions/member benefits (click here for details).
Tuition is charged in equal monthly payments, with the first payment charged at registration and remaining payments charged on the first of each month following the first class.
Monthly payments are accepted only through recurring automatic credit card or ACH through our members only portal.
Silver Creek Clogging has a 30-day cancellation policy.
If, at any time during the year, it is necessary for a student to discontinue class attendance, a 30-day written notice of cancellation is required. Upon expiration of the 30-day notice period, any future monthly payments and studio membership benefits/inclusions will be discontinued and students may re-enroll at the next open enrollment period.
There will be a $25 charge for payments returned, rejected, or cancelled for any reason.
A $10 late fee will be assessed for payments made after midnight on the 10th of the month.
Students will be excused from classes for non-payment of tuition.
Student development and progression requires regular class attendance. Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled.
No credit will be given if a student misses classes.
We do not use regular class time to reteach material in detail for students who have missed a class period.
If a student misses class, it is his or her responsibility to learn any material taught during the absence.
Students who miss a class period should review missed assignments via the members only portal, get together with classmates and/or schedule a private lesson with the instructor to learn any missed material.
If Silver Creek Clogging cancels a class period, every effort will be made to schedule a make-up class. If a make-up class cannot be scheduled, tuition is not refundable.
